Cool Weekend

So when we heard about their latest event, which was the Biggest Biker’s Morning Tea and Bonfire, we headed up the Putty Road for what promised to be a pretty cool weekend. Cool being the optimum word, as it was forecast to get quite fresh being smack bang in the middle of June.
Event organisers Kim Grace, and owner of the Grey Gum Café along with the Righteous CMC and Rick Johnson, aka Chips of StreetHeart decided to run an event for charity, while also providing a good excuse for everyone to break the shackles of a tough year and enjoy a weekend of motorcycles and camping. Talking about camping, if you weren’t as organised as we were, (Advertising Manager Bob brought along his camper trailer complete with a little kitchen for cooking), then you could always book one of the Glamping Tents available at the Grey Gum Café. Although they did get snapped up pretty quickly, resulting in a few tent sites set up around the place, which was great to see.
