Flathead Style

So after searching for what seemed forever at swap meets and on eBay, he finally found a H-D WLC ‘45 engine and knew he’d found a great starting point for his Flathead custom.
Once he got the engine home and in the garage, he then built a steel workbench and made a simple frame jig. As he wanted to make the whole bike himself without relying on others to make parts, he bought a small lathe for the turned parts, spacers and the like. He also sourced a 15-ton bender to enable him to bend some steel tube into the shapes he wanted.
