Sy’s Harley-Davidson

With only two week’s notice, Dealer Principle Josh Tomoleo of Sy’s Harley- Davidson put together an unforgettable bike night! The dealership’s parking lot was transformed into a lively hotspot for motorcycle enthusiasts and friends, and families alike, who gathered to enjoy a thrilling evening of good vibes, a Show and Shine, DJ entertainment along with delicious food from the pizza truck.

With a couple of the 2025 models on display, 15% off all merch and the chance to win a lucky door voucher to spend instore, it’s no wonder it was such a great turn out.

Show and Shine

Shining the spotlight on custom rides, the heart of the evening was the much- anticipated Show and Shine event, where owners proudly showcased their bikes in all their polished glory and entered for the chance to win a share of the $850 and a trophy. From old school cool classics to cutting-edge custom builds, the variety of bikes on display was nothing short of spectacular. The gleaming chrome and vibrant paint jobs caught the attention of everyone who walked through, and the pride and passion of the owners were evident as they shared
stories behind their machines.

A selection of judges roamed the rows of bikes, taking their time to appreciate the intricate details, craftsmanship, and originality of each ride. It was clear that Sy’s Harley-Davidson isn’t just about selling bikes; they’re about celebrating the culture and community that comes with Harley ownership.

The final result of the winners was close, with third place going to a WLA complete with sidecar, winning $100. Second place was a Twin Cam Fat Boy with neon LED lighting winning $250 while the overall bike of the night was a custom Street Glide, with the owner picking up a cool $500.

Latest Models

Of course it wasn’t just the Show and Shine attracting attention, as mentioned before, there were two 2025 models on display in all their glory, a Low Rider S, and the Street Bob. I have to say I love the new colour way of the Low Rider S with the black and red, and it’ll also be great to test the new Street Bob, which now like all the new Softails, features the larger 117 motor.

Rocking The Night Away

As the sun began to set a glorious pink, the atmosphere was taken up a notch with the beats of a live DJ spinning everything from old school rock, and in a slight twist the DJ was DJ Melo, Sy’s very own service advisor at the dealership. The car park was full of people abuzz with the chatter and laughter of catching up with mates, and what’s a bike night without a smoke show? We were entertained with MTR’s Rams doing what he does most weekends, but he was challenged by Cheryl, Sydney’s very own female V-Rod drag racer, with both doing some very impressive burnouts.
