Shipping Methods and Carriers
For products that are stored in stock in our warehouse, we use Australia Post as our primary shipping carrier. The available shipping methods are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: For orders under $99, the shipping cost is $9.95. This method typically takes 2-7 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for orders over $99 within Australia.
- Express Shipping: For customers who require faster delivery, we offer express shipping at a flat rate of $14.99. This method generally takes 1-3 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
For orders fulfilled from our fulfillment warehouse printed directly for customers, different rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout. For International orders outside of Australia, prices will be calculated live at checkout.
Order Processing Time
Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, we will process and ship your items within 3 to 5 business days for items stored in stock in our warehouse. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
For orders placed that are custom printed and delivered from our Fulfillment warehouse directly for our customers, processing time generally takes 2–5 business days.
After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track the status of your package. Please allow some time for the tracking information to be updated by the carrier.
While we strive to provide accurate shipping estimates, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues. Live To Ride is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
