Subscriptions and Billing
Subscription Services
Live To Ride offers subscription-based services for a fee. These services provide subscribers with access to premium content, features, in our physical and digital magazine in exchange for a recurring fee.
Billing Cycle
The subscription fee for the Service will be billed at the beginning of the paying portion of your subscription and each billing cycle thereafter unless and until you cancel your subscription. We use an external payment platform, Billsby and Stripe to process your payments securely. By submitting your payment details in conjunction with the subscription, you agree to be billed by our payment processing partner Billsby and Stripe according to the billing cycle of the plan you selected.
Payment Processing
All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption—the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network.
Updating Payment Information
Should your credit card expire or no longer be valid for payment, you may update your card details by logging into your account when we email you reminders, and / or email digital@livetoride.com.au. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information and payment information current and updated.
Cancelling Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our customer support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, 6 monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust pricing for our services or any components thereof in any manner and at any time as we may determine at our sole and absolute discretion. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in these Terms, any price changes to your service will take effect following an email notice to you.
Credit Card Security
We use Billsby and Stripe for subscription management and billing. Billsby and Stripe uses secure vaults and tokenisation to handle your credit card information securely. Live To Ride does not store any of your credit card information on our servers.
Authorisation
By agreeing to these terms, you are giving Live To Ride permission to charge your credit card, or other approved methods of payment for fees that you authorise for Live To Ride.
You must refer to Billsby’s and Stripes terms and conditions for additional information regarding the security and processing of your payment.
